I have newly formed a Limited Company to provide Bookkeeping services to a variety of sectors. I have over 20 years experience working as a bookkeeper in both practice and industry. My experience covers the construction industry scheme, where I had written the practices helpsheet on the Construction Domestic Reverse Charge scheme, hairdressing, retail, hospitality and more.

I have had Diana do my bookkeeping for some time now and she has sorted my accounts out as they were in a bit of a pickle from the last bookkeeper.
She is thorough and has to chase me to get over all the items she needs, which is good as I can be forgetful. She is always willing to explain things and ensures everything is done in good time for VAT returns so I am not waiting for a surprise as I have been before with other bookkeepers. She actually gives me a running figure throughout the qtrs so I know where I am.
My accountant can pick up the books with very little work to do at the end of the year. All in all, I am very glad I changed over to her. She is reasonably priced for a good job done and I am now confident that the books are done properly leaving me to get on with running my business.

· Sales and Purchase invoice processing onto Software
· Debtor and creditor control accounts
· Monthly bank and Credit Card reconciliations
· Completion of VAT Returns under MTD and associated VAT controls
· Journal completion
Payroll
· Completion of CIS Returns and controls
· Payroll processing including managing auto enrolment pension scheme
