Very glad that we have found Louie, he has a natural way with animals. We asked if he could look after our two dogs for two hours as it would give us the opportunity to go to a family event a long drive away. Louie first met the dogs on three occasions to get to know them and did two walks with them. On the day he looked after them he played with them for an hour in the muddy garden (as we had already given them a long walk earlier), cleaned them ( and the floor) afterwards, fed them and sat with them while they had a snooze. They stayed for a week to look after my dog and 2 cats when I went abroad and they did an amazing job. They kept me up to date every day, sending me pictures and videos so I could see how the animals were getting on. Could not recommend Netley Burrow enough and will definitely be using them again. Zoe and Louis are great! Nothing was too much trouble for my buns. One of my girls has debilitating arthritis and I was concerned about leaving her but they were cared for with love.

Thank you so much Louie and Zoe for looking after my Prince (black labrador) he certainly looked very happy ad relaxed when I returned home. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to know he is being so loved and cared for when I can't be there. They fitted us in when our cat sitting plans fell through (the day before!!), we met both Louie and Zoe and felt totally at ease! It was a very professional service with thorough explanation and forms to fill in that made me feel very trusting of both of them coming into my home

We saw regular updates of our kitties, which is very important to me as they are our babies! Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!!!
