The service I have received from Nesttech exceeded my expectation.
From the very start on dealing with engineer the process was explained and a very detailed plan given and suggested on how to install my home security system.
On site of my property the engineer came and took time to listen to my concerns and allowed my opinions on how I would feel comfortable with the level of security system I needed, in return he provided a very professionally drawn up agreement on where and how to install the security system.
He understood my urgency and accommodated to work around my timetable to suit me, which was excellent service.
The quotation was very reasonable priced without compromising on the quality of service or product.
On the day of installation, the site had had a very detailed inspection and the engineers time keeping was excellent, arrived well in time and always kept a smile on his face.
I cannot express my gratitude for the excellent service given 🙏.
Following my experience, I have now recommended Nesttech to a family member, whom has placed a order and installation date is being arranged.
