The variety of challenge and the opportunity to support real and positive change for my clients.
All my clients are people I really care about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to work people that I like and respect. I want to work with people with the same values as me
and with people facing some of the same things I have experienced.
Throughout my career I have frequently been appointed to pioneering new roles. I have often found myself as the youngest manager and even more frequently as the only woman at Board and in senior management positions. This has shaped my experience, my resilience, and my determination to support others in the same position.
I also have a strong interest in changing the voices heard in the Board room. I believe that greater diversity of characteristics and experience is beneficial to Boards and organisations

I work with women in middle and senior management roles in the public sector and service based industries. I help them to overcome what is stopping them, to respond at their best and to tap into what is important.

I mainly work on-line, using Teams or Zoom for Coaching sessions; face to face is an option by agreement.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am very conscious of the demands and strains of Covid on individuals on families and on our care system.
I have moved almost all my work to on-line platforms to minimise face to face contact but to maintain the personal contact.
Leadership Coach
When things are not going well at work or in any position when you are working with others, you may feel alone and anxious.
Being in a leadership position means others are looking to you for direction, for advice, for support and you may not feel able to do all of that.

We all need support, don't struggle alone I can help you work your way through, by being a sounding board, a critical friend, by asking questions to help you uncover awareness, learning, growth. My goal is empowering you to move forward with clarity and purpose.
In my Coaching practice I draw on over 30 years of operational and strategic leadership, and a decade of Executive experience in complex settings. Importantly I bring a deep understanding of the process of change and the impact which change, uncertainty and complexity can have on individuals.
