Amazing classes made affordable by a variety of prices. Neal provides a range of classes using bodyweight, slam balls, kettlebells, weights and more, you'll be worked hard, but with a good bout of humor thrown in you won't realise it (at the time! !). You, like I, will be hooked from class one! If you need any more convincing, when a couple of people travel an hour to get there - something has got to be right :D. More...

Neal's PT sessions are always great fun (sometimes painful!), with a huge variety of exercises/drills. What do you love most about your job?
What I like most about my job is seeing the positive changes people make and the happiness that follows those changes.
I enjoy witnessing clients grow in confidence as they start to see their body changing, it's almost like they have unearthed the person that they were always meant to be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help as many people as possible by sharing my knowledge and ethusiasm for health and fitness.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 11 years worth of experience in the health and fitness industry and another 7 years worth of experience in the military therefore I understand how hard adopting a healthy lifestyle can be, and what it's like to be faced with the challenges of changing one's mindset.
I can help you with all three aspects - exercise - nutrition - mindset
