Naomi has been walking our lovely Frankie a, now 7 mth old retriever for approx 2months . He looks forward to his walk every day and the time he spends with her and other dogs has been invaluable in terms of socialising and exercising . As a company Roobydoos philosophies , thoroughness in providing the necessary insurances and care and attention given to the pets is exemplary . Can’t say enough how delighted I am to have found Naomi. Our dogs are 2 rescues and take time to trust people. Naomi recently looked after our cat at home while we were abroad on holiday - we are so glad to have found Rooby Doos! Our cat hated going to a cattery and was so much happier staying at home with daily visits from Naomi. The service was second to none - Naomi is clearly dedicated and extremely professional - she takes time to get to know your pet, their routines and preferences and has all of the relevant insurances and checks. She went above and beyond to send updates and photos every day and really did spend quality time with our cat. We felt that our home was in safe hands and Naomi even sorted out a food delivery that came unexpectedly while we were away. What do you love most about your job?
We love animals and love to provide them with adventures and fun days out. It's sad that so many pets are left at home whilst their owners are at work or out for the evening. Let us get your furry family member off the sofa and out for an adventure.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A few years ago, I was offered a job that required me to work away for quite long hours each day. I searched and searched for daycare for my dog that would enable me to take the job but couldn't find anything suitable in my area. Unlike childcare (it was easy enough to find daycare for my child) there was no one who could take care of my dog during the day or call in to walk her.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are available 7 days a week, whilst many similar companies only offer their services during the week. We treat every animal as though they were our own, a treasured and much-loved pet. As a family, we have decades of experience looking after pets of all shapes and sizes. Animals and their welfare is our passion. This is not just a business for us, it's our calling. We like to call our services 'pet-centric' this is a term we've coined which means that they are centred around your pet - what they like to do, what they don't like. We like to get to know every animal we care for.
Our wedding chaperone service (or any other important event) enables you to have your pet with you on the most important days of your life without worrying about him/her. We'll make sure your pet enjoys the day as much as you do. Your pet can even play a starring role, perhaps a ring bearer, bridesmaid or best man, with our help.
