Naturally Gifted

My first experience and I was sceptical. I suffer with Anxiety and I have tried everything therefore thought I’d give this ago. ... everything was explained clearly before then the Bars treatment started, the whole time I was relaxed even felt glued to the chair as my body was so chilled. Then after I was not anxious that I had 2 missed calls or I should be doing something else as I never have enough time with working full time. That evening I was very chilled, tired and excited for the next day!! I am very grateful to Naturally Gifted and will continue to have further treatment from her. Thank you so very much for helping and even checking on me that evening! No more expensive medications as I was taught to relieve my anxiety when I feel anxious. Anyone who suffers with anxiety and depression I highly recommend the bars therapy. I have it very bad that has stopped me even wanting to leave my bed some days and had my head in some dark places. I had bars therapy yesterday and for the first time since having my little boy in February I have woken up not feeling like I wanted to cry, I didn't feel like everything was too much, I smiled at my little boy with so much happiness and joy in my heart instead of guilt for feeling so low. This is a huge difference for me. The therapy didn't take it away but it helped me understand how and why I feel the way I do and how to change it. I can't recommend this enough. It has changed the way I see things and I feel so hopeful for a life without anxiety and depression now. This is amazing!!! More...
