I've had 2 reflexology treatments with Fed now and I can't wait for my next one. Fed is so knowledgeable and intuitive and is also a lovely guy so it is very easy to feel relaxed and get the most from your treatment. I was so impressed by how much Fed picked up on during my first treatment and he followed this up with some great advice on how I could improve my lifestyle and diet to work on problem areas he picked up on. He also sent an email will all of this information for me to digest following my treatment. I had my second treatment this morning and I literally feel like I've been floating all day after it. I have now taken advantage of three reflexology sessions with Fed and twice I have fallen asleep! I had an ear infection unknown to Fed which he informed me he had found whilst examining a certain part of my feet on my first appointment, two days later it disappeared! the reflexology is super relaxing! I have received 4 reflexology treatments and on two occasions I fell asleep after feeling so relaxed, the pressure used was just enough to easy away the stresses for pure relaxation, the day after these treatments I felt very confident and had a more positive outlook, Fed is very easy going and knowledgable about all aspects of the treatments, I would highly recommend Fed for reflexology, his treatment room is calm, spacious and ideal for receiving these treatments

I have had a first in depth assessment and a reflexology session with Fed.I felt at ease and relaxed - even fallen asleep during the reflexology - I have been very energetic for the two days after the treatmentFed Has been very informative has lots of knowledge and come across as he is genuinely willing to help with improving health and spiritual well being I am going for more reflexology treatment and I will soon review my diet through Fed guide to better healthI do recommend Fed as he is professional and he is very good at what he does
