I am a registered Mental Health Nurse with 24 years experience, available for private consultations either locally or via the telephone.

I am able to offer therapy with clients experiencing many different mental health difficulties and symptoms including stress, depression, psychosis. I work very holistically using a range of natural therapies alongside cognitive behavioural techniques and mindfulness.

Many triggers can cause too much stress for an individual to cope with, and this is ok. Sometimes we need the extra support to get through this time, and that too is ok. Following intervention it is hoped individuals are empowered to have increased coping strategies to help reduce any distressing symptoms.
