We are often too busy to stop and ask ourselves about how fulfilled we are, why we are making certain decisions and what we want out of life - Coaching gives people this space to have someone truly listen.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I work for Fortune 50 companies for 15 years and the part of my job I liked the most were Coaching, Mentoring and Training. After 3 months with a Coach I decided to start my own business as Lifestyle and Career Coach.
