Naomi is a great motivator and works hard to help others reach their personal goals. Naomi takes time to understand everyone has different goals and aims and works with them individually to achieve these.

I undertake an Initial Consultation where we discuss the client's lifestyle, goals, likes and dislikes, time and any current or past injuries/health etc. I then work with the client to formulate a personal plan with short term achievable goals and long term goals.

Taking small steps at a time. Being realistic. Receiving support to stay motivated. Looking at the bigger picture - small changes to nutrition, physical activity and other lifestyle factors such as the way we manage stress all contribute to the bigger picture.

The total satisfaction of seeing people achieve their goals. Meeting such a variety of people. Sharing my experience and knowledge. It's an amazing job!

Knowing that I would be able to help such a wide variety of people. The flexibility of managing my own business. And the challenge, I love a challenge!

My down to earth approach. My experience of working with private clients as well as many NHS patients in helping them make small changes to their health. And I will see each client as the indiviual that they are, no programme should be the same for each client!
