Can’t rate Tommy highly enough. He came out to give us a price which was really reasonable. We booked him for the job and he turned up promptly and got to work right away. He worked really efficiently and ensured other parts of our electric where safe while he was here. He tidied up so well afterwards you wouldn’t have known we had any work done. He talked us through what he had done and he was really approachable. He did the jobs to a very high standard. We will be using Tommy’s services again and recommending him to all our friends. More...

Tom has done two jobs in our house now, with his apprentice, Ste. Always on time, which can be unusual! On both occasions Tom has gone over and above what was required and has had an amazing eye for detail. For example when fitting our spot lights in the bathroom he ensured that the light switch was more appropriately placed on the wall nearest the bathroom and didn't even need to chase the wall. Never found problems and was very positive. Unlike many work people, despite the initial dread of having to clean up after someone had been round, Tom and Ste left the room spotless. They literally cleaned and hoovered everything up.Highly recommend for an honest and reliable electrician. More...

I was recommended by an electrical store supplies about NAG tommy is the senior Electrican, he came to my house and completed a full survey of which was absolutely accurate against another survey I had done previously, the electrical complications I had In my home where very tricky but I was impressed the way Tom planned the work to save long outages and wall damage and kept me updated by the hour, his work skills and method of working gave me full confidence to give the work to NAG the completed work and additional outside the price quotation proved that this guy really cares about his customers, well done Tom, very professional Thank youJohn

Had a few jobs that needed immediate fixing I called Tom from the company NAG and he came over immediately and shown me the danger with over heating cables, he isolated the zone ,, which I was not happy about this allowed me to get another price quote which was nearly double, Tom came back that same day and worked through the night to complete, his work communications gave me great confidence and would have no hesitation trusting this man again Thank you
