How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is core to an individuals daily function, wellness and future health, but we know this isn't always easy to follow everyday so we aim for healthy and practical based on someone's lifestyle and goals
What do you love most about your job?
We love helping clients understand how weight loss works and that it is possible. The happiness in our clients voices when they give us feedback as they start to see weight loss, is amazing to hear. They use words such as 'easy', happy and enjoyable to describe our programme.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the NHS for years highlighted the gap in services for individuals so unhappy in their body size and health. That unhappiness can affect so much and despite asking for help, they were only able to receive this if their health was already affected. We want to help everyone who wants it!
Why should our clients choose you?
We really understand the science behind weight loss. We also know that everybody is different so we tailor this advice and teach you to know your brain and how you can manage those difficult situations when we are not there.
