My Dogs Trainer

I Sent Nyla away for two weeks training and boarding to help me with a few issues I was experiencing with her excessive jumping , lead pulling , and just a high drive and over excitement , Holly did a great job over the two weeks and we have addressed all the issues and this has enabled me to continue her training at home with much success , I know have a happy and relaxed dog !!

Ivy stayed at Broadmarsh Kennels for 10 days while we were away on holiday and her trainer was Holly. Everyone at the kennels was lovely and she seems to have had a great time there. We cannot speak highly enough of Holly. She was wonderful with Ivy and kept us updated with pictures and videos every day. Ivy wasn't well behaved on lead when she went in and now she is home, she is so much better and we now know how to continue training her for situations where she encounters others on the lead. We left our super excitable chocolate Labrador at Broadmarsh Kennels with Holly for 5 days.

We specifically wanted to work on his excitement when meeting other dogs and recall. Holly was fantastic, I could tell from the videos sent over she made a strong connection with Harley almost instantly. She gave us updates daily and ran through techniques we can use to reinforce some of the foundations she set with Harley.

We sent our 2 year old rescue German Shepherd to train with Polly-Anna. He was super reactive with other dogs and Polly managed to get to the source of the reactivity and helped to guide us on how to help our boy improve.
I felt very comfortable leaving him with Polly as she has experience with larger dogs and GSD’s. He came home to us in good condition and a with a few new manners.

Caitlin was excellent with our Goldendoodle Louie. He was very responsive over the 2 weeks he was with her. We now have the tools to keep him calm and he understand the commands. We literally rinse and repeat with him. He learnt to heal, walk with a loose lead, he does a lot less jumping when we come home and it's much more of a pleasure to have him. Our 7 year old nervous reactive rescue Lurcher had never been in kennels prior to her 14 night stay in Birmingham. We chose MyDogsTrainer over a regular kennels as we wanted a professional to spend quality time with her, to help us understand Olives fears and help her overcome them.

We spoke to Holly at length before Olive’s stay & her manner immediately reassured us. Holly is calm knowledgeable,professional and has a lovely way with our nervous girl. Olive’s training started the minute we arrived at Broadmarsh when we went for a walk around the paddock so Olive could meet Holly with us.

I recently left my cavapoo to be trained by Morgan at Southampton. I can honestly say that I recommend Morgan's training completely. She forms a strong bond with the dog and has a caring attitude towards the dog-owners. Training updates and videos are supplied every day. Our trainer Holly was great! She really focused on the things our dog needed help with so when we got pup back she was so calm and well behaved - and to make sure we were consistent and kept up the training we used the very comprehensive report she had written for us and the PDFs she sent. I'm pretty sure that I've picked up a different a boy 😂. He used to be so reactive to other dogs, but we walked him on the handover and passed at least 5. Not a single woof! Morgan our trainer was exceptional explaining everything she was doing with our little girl and putting us at ease, our dog is very young still and also very stubborn but has come on in leaps and bounds. We look forward to continuing her training within our own home and having Morgan available if we get stuck with anything. Morgan, Jackson's trainer was amazing kept in touch with photos videos and messages about Jackson's progress. She clearly cared for Jackson and he was visibly very happy in her company. At the end she did a lovely handover going through everything she had taught him all the commands and explanations of them all
I put them all into action when we got home and oh my goodness what a well behaved pup I have now! It's only been a couple of days and he is doing everything he is told we even tried a little recall and fetch it game in the park on a long lead and he was perfect even when I accidentally dropped the lead eeek!
It is worth noting Morgan is able bodied while I am a full time wheelchair user and she put so much thought into making sure all the commands were doable from a chair and I was really touched by this

Our dog stayed with Polly-Anna in the Harlow branch. Our dog had some reactivity issues that were affecting his walking and time outside.

Upon arriving at the training centre we were greeted by Polly Anna. We had a consultation where we explained the issues we had. Polly-Anna asked questions about his temperament, the command words we used and different tricks that Luffy knew. Polly-Anna also reassured us when leaving Luffy that he would be fine.

While in training Polly-Anna was really consistent with updating us on his progress and wellbeing.

When we went to pick him up we had a great handover coving what to do in different situations and it was clear he had made great improvements with his reactivity. I would highly recommend Polly-Anna it's clear that she is great at her job and formed a great bond with Luffy.
