On behalf of my dad - Mick Dunne Excellent all round service from Michael and his builder Ben. Very prompt timing for all aspects of the works including survey - quote and actual site works. Materials arranged for delivery in timely fashion. There was a definite desire to ensure customer satisfaction. This was evident in choice of materials and the cleanliness of site during and on completion of works. The garden is very precious to my wife and both Michael and Ben were considerate in protecting the plants which pleased my wife. I cannot fault the company’s workmanship, and can see this bridge offering many years of service. A final point to make is Michael was intent in understanding the clients requirements and brought the job to completion on price and to schedule. I cannot recommend My Bespoke Glass enough! Michael was so helpful from the outset and throughout, nothing was too much to ask and he was very informative and professional. Michael brought round different samples for me to take a look at and then went away, within a day I received a very reasonable quote of which I agreed to. Michael arranged for installation at a time and date that suited me and arrived when he said he would! I must add how clean and tidy my kitchen was left after the work had been completed which was very much appreciated. Michael at My Bespoke glass is currently undertaking his 4th contract for me, to date he has transformed our staircase from tired and dated into modern glass all measured perfect and kept safe throughout the whole process (which to us was very important have a 4yr old around the house). He has also installed a colour coded glass kitchen splash back perfectly. On our commercial side he has replaced multiple Georgian wire panels to an external walkway and renewed all putty to circa 200lm.
