MW roofline

I strongly advise against using this company. If things go wrong, they will just walk away with your cash. Any guarantee or accreditation is meaningless.

In summary, the problems I had with MWRoofline (proprietor: Matthew Walker in Sutton Coldfield) were as follows:
(1) The scaffolders (appointed by MWRoofline) made channels into the mortar in the side of my house (without making me aware of this in advance) and did not subsequently repair this.
(2) MWRoofline left four large sacks of rubbish on site, including bottles that smelt of urine.
(3) The scaffolders leaned their ladders against the guttering when removing it, thus scratching brand new guttering.
(4) MWRoofline leaned their ladders against my brand new upvc windows without any rubber or other protection around the ladders, and I subsequently found two gashes in the window frames.
(5) MWRoofline reattached the CCTV no longer in the far outer corners of the soffits (contrary to my explicit instructions), such that their viewing angle is now significantly impaired, rendering them ineffectual. MWRoofline agreed to fix this issue by replacing the soffits, but then reneged on this as soon as I had paid just over 90% of the total price, which I found disingenuous.
(6) The scaffolders put their foot through the roof of my car port, such that the roof now needs to be replaced.

The work is left incomplete, and MWRoofline have damaged my property as described above. This company is unreliable and untrustworthy. More...
