Upon agreeing a price and giving the go ahead to commence the project, I will gather the required information from you to provide a full brief of what you will require. I will undertake any light research (if needed) and create the number of concepts agreed. I will the liaise with Tupi back and forth to tweak your design until you are 100% happy with it. Following that and on receipt of payment, you will receive your design in the agreed formats. I will endeavour at all times to be quick and easy to work with, professional at all times and deliver excellent customer service.

Details of what they require ie. A brief. I like to know the style of their business and their objectives as this will feed into my designs.

I provide my services remotely and online. Most communication is via email and can also be carried out via zoom and telephone.

I don’t tend to meet with customers face to face often (mostly over email, telephone and zoom) so I haven’t faced any challenges. I have been sensitive to the challenges however faced by my clients and applied a flexible approach.
