I was fortunate to work with Lucy, she was brilliant. I keep fit by running but never did anything else,so it was great to learn different exercises to help improve all of my body. The nutrition advice really helped with what to eat. All in all it helped me to build strength and improve my stamina and feel better,the bonus was that I enjoyed it too. More...

Working with Lucy from Mustard Seed PT was both a fun and worthwhile. The results of her exercise and fitness sessions coupled with the very helpful knowledge and information on nutrition showed in results very quickly in me reaching my own goals. Personal Trainers

Lucy is so motivating but not in a army major style; even when I dont think I can do it she gently nudges me and I get there.
The exercises we do are enjoyable and the 2 hours we spend a week together fly by.
Even putting the exercise aside my back alone has never felt better with the stretches she has showed me!
I cant wait to see the end result I know she will help get me to. Even after 2 weeks I feel fitter, I have more energy and I am seeing progression in our sessions.
To sum it up Lucy is just amazing, thank you!

Q&As

For me, it all starts with what you as the client want to achieve, and so I want to know about you, what you've tried before, what has worked, what hasn't worked, what you enjoy, and I look at all elements of your life to put together a suitable plan.

To be honest what I'm about is you being at ease with where you are at rather than getting the body of your dreams, that of course may well happen! So yes as you work with me, do the 'right' kind of exercise, are committed then there will be changes.

I love seeing people get more confident. I love people seeing positive changes not just in their bodies but also in how they feel. I love people realising they can do more than they thought and enjoy the process.

Yes gyms serve their purpose, but I want the freedom to work with those who may not like gyms or have access to one. The only way to do that is to run my own business.

If you are interested in choosing me as a Personal Trainer, then it is really helpful to know more about you! For me it is all about communication which starts in what you fill out in the enquiry form. If you want someone approachable, committed, and who is focused on making a program unique for you, then get in touch. I'm not just about exercise, but look at nutrition and other aspects of your life as well.
