Madeleine is an excellent and very knowledgeable teacher. She's fun, very reliable and plans her lessons very well based on my son's needs . My son has made enormous progress since learning with Madeleine and is always looking forward to his piano lesson. I cannot recommend her highly enough. More...

Q&As

I love celebrating with a student when they master that tricky bar, or nail a piece they've been practicing for a while!

A joy of teaching and helping guide the next generation of musicians

Lessons are always tailored to the student's needs. Love classical, and want to work through the grades? Great, let's get on it. Need a break and want to play your favourite pop songs? No problem! We'll always be learning in every lesson, it sometimes just takes different forms.
For me, music lessons are most valuable when they teach the instrument, develop discipline, and are great fun!

As well as in person, I offer online lessons via Zoom. I send a new link before each lesson.

I now offer lessons online, as well as in person.
I clean and disinfect my piano after every lesson, and can also wear a mask during the lesson if it makes the student more comfortable.
