I can’t recommend Kieron highly enough, he has continued to challenge me and push me every session.

From working with Kieron, I’ve achieved much more than I felt capable of.
I’ve always struggled with weight lifting and would avoid it as much as I could, from working with Kieron I’ve started to enjoy weight lifting.
Week on week Kieron comes up with new and challenging workouts to keep things feeling fresh as I struggle with repetitive workouts.
I would highly recommend Kieron if you’re looking for someone to keep you motivated and smashing your targets week on week.

By teaching them effective training & exercise techniques to help them get the most out of their training and feel the full benefits of gaining strength.

I also believe in a flexible approach to nutrition, being disciplined and staying on track, while still being able to enjoy what you eat.

Keep it simple! Far too often people make either simple mistakes that only need a little tweaking, or they go all in too fast and struggle to adjust.

Watching people achieve things they didn't think they could.

My own journey, my struggle with not only my image and how self-conscious I was, but also the mental journey I went on as I built myself to get to where I am now.

Now it's my mission to show people they have the potential to reach new heights and keep challenging themselves!

Because I care, it sounds cliché, I know.

The reason I spent every spare minute I had to study to get the qualifications that allowed me to do this job is because I actually want to help people.

I enjoy 1-to-1 in person coaching as it carries a certain social aspect you just can't get online!

However I do also offer online coaching for clients that prefer online coaching/consulting.

Hand sanitizers and cleaning stations have been added around the gym, equipment is cleaned after each use, social distancing is adhered to, masks are worn when necessary, track and trace is also being used in the facility.

Online programming and consulting for pekple that are confident eniugh to train on their own, but still need the help & support from a coach!
