How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By giving my clients the tools they need to help themselves and me being there to support. I fill out a full short, medium and long term goals to then make tailor made programs for my clients goals. I give them login details to my main fitness platform so they can see their progress, add in their nutrition. Link it to their phone and other fitness apps. They can see there progress and they get small goals to achieve each week to make sure my client is achieving their fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
By believing in yourself. Loving yourself and having a positive mindset. To know there is no such thing as perfect we are all individuals. The best diet and exercise is one you can stick to, I don't believe restricting yourself too much isnt healthy both physically and mentally. Working together and being open with you and your trainer is key.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the look on my clients face when they start believing in themselves. The look when they are achieving their goals. Knowing when I go to a session I make someone's day better. I don't do it for the money I do it because I love helping people not just physically but mentally too.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was 10 I was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa and Depression. I had some really dark, lonely days. I have now been recovered for 8 years now and want to show people that recovery is possible, you can have a healthy relationship with exercise as I am walking proof.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am the most down to earth trainer you will meet. I know what it is like to feel weak, lonely , scared anxious etc and I want my clients to know when you train with me it is a safe place and what you are going through I know that pain. We will get through this together as I will be with you every step of the way on your journey through wellness and life.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All equipment is deep cleaned between all sessions. Hand sanitiser is always available i minimise contact and stick to a 1-2-1 basis unless you are from a same household then I will train more people together. I have the track and trace system in place too.
Full Monthly Package
This includes a free consultation, trial session and health screening. We will discuss your short,medium and longer term goals and then I will set out a plan for you to achieve your goals. We meet once a week plus I give you 3-4 tailor made home workouts for you. This will also include nutrition and a full fitness and nutrition platform from me which you will get login details for.
1-2-1 sessions
1 hour in person sessions with me which will include a full warm up, main session and cool down including stretches. We be tailor made for your goals.
Bootcamps
3 or me people needed. This will be a 1 hour circuit based group workout in person with me. Discounted due to being 3 or me people.
