What’s your signature dish?
Our 'bread and butter' for 2023 was a combination of hog roasts, pizzas and Mexican street food. Often, we provided those things together.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Communication - we're here to listen to your plans, create a beautiful gastronomic experience and take the administrative hassle away from you. Leo and I are both well into our 40's, which sounds silly to mention BUT we can talk to clients & customers, we have experience and can handle anything you throw at us.
What do you love most about your job?
The people, the smells and tastes. Leo's Mexican food makes me smile every time I eat it. I am STILL not tired of my own Pepperoni pizza nor my hog roasts.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I sold a business before COVID and wanted to spend more time at home with the kids during the week. We ALL love cooking in my household, this was the perfect extension.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We implemented sneeze screens in both our trailers - it seems like a long time ago now, but we're still vigilant for both our staff and customers.

We come to you with 2 or more different styles of food truck and serve your guests until they're full! There's a huge admin and financial benefit of using just one company.
Hog & Lamb Roasts
We have 4 x mobile roasters and travel around the South West.
Local, outdoor reared hog or superb Salt Marsh lamb roasted low and slow. Served off the bone to your guests in a fresh white bap, your choice of salads and sides. Arguably we make the west's best crackling ;)

Pizza Trailer
Our custom made, Airstream style trailer has a large wood fired oven. We come to you and serve whole or sliced 12" sourdough Bari style pizzas for your guests.
Perfect for parties, evening food for weddings, corporate gatherings and more.
Mexican Street Food
Leo, one of the owners of the company, was taught to cook by his Nona in Xalapa, Mexico. His Birria tacos and salsas have won legions of fans all over the south west - his salsas have won many awards for their taste.
