Fantastic gym -I'd rate it defo 5 stars John as worked his socks off to get where he his today with his own place John goes above n beyond for his lads/girls/kids He try's his absolute best by ppl Whilst training He also gives out the best advise I will never forget the day he talked me into getting something done which I was scared to do if I didn't promise john mayb I wouldn't be alive today I can not thank you enough for that And I will never forget John is a really easy guy to talk too My boy as been going nearly 5 YRS now More for the excerise to keep him fit n healthy Thanks for all ur help john top lad

We Felt really Welcome as soon as we walked in. Really easy to talk to and very informative. John was So good with my little boy age 4 (who is usually very shy) Jacob took to him straight away and listened to his instructions and just loved his little boxing session.
