Emily is really welcoming and very knowledgable about getting gently back into exercise post birth. I joined Emily's postnatal classes 8 weeks after having a C-Section, she really helped me to understand what my body was capable off doing after the surgery. She worked with me and what I was capable of doing, and over the weeks I felt stronger and stronger. I'm now able to start returning to my regular workout routine without feeling anxious that I might hurt myself. It was a really great session, I enjoyed it that much, I did two 6 week blocks. It was the perfect way for me to re-start my fitness journey after pregnancy. It was a very nice excuse to leave the house and see other new mums working out together. Also bringing the babies was great! I'm glad I've done the 6 weeks block and I highly recommend it to every pregnant woman or mother no matter what fitness level are you in. More...
