What’s your signature dish?
my signature dishes are : Curries meat and vegetarian, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Lasagna and Cheesecakes
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I listen to the client first as to what they require whether it be meat, vegetarian, gluten free or a mix of all then i create a few menu ideas to discuss with the client and then we can adapt it from there with the client being involved in the process. This will create a perfect menu for the occasion.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety and challenges of my job by cooking different cultures of food. I love that my food and presentation brings joy to the client. I love the responsibility of doing speciality menus and the achievement i get. My contribution with the client to designing their menu for their occasion makes me feel overwhelmed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My partner inspired me as he knew how I loved to cook for others and the inspiration from him made me more determined to make everyone happy through my cooking.
Why should our clients choose you?
I excel in people skills, multi-tasking and experience. I have been catering to clients for over 10 years and have passion for cooking food. I abide by government food safety regulations as health and safety is a priority that I'm committed to keeping a clean and sanitary environment. I love making and adapting menus with the clients as it proves i can make their day special .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide tongs and necessary equipment, so food is not touched by hands of all guests.
