It is a family run gym, who are so enthusiastic about achieving goals. Great and very friendly atmosphere with plenty of people to help you achieve your own goals.

Great Gym run by a friendly, highly knowledgeable couple, great for circuit training or just working out by yourself-Highly recommended!! Husband loves the weights also :)

Definitely recommended. I've done a weight lifting workshop and signed up to the second one as I enjoyed it so much. I've also become a member. Classes are great. Can't praise James and Stacey enough! More...

Amazing friendly gym with classes that are as easy or hard as you make it. James keeps it fresh which means you are buzzing after every class. Highly recommend it but want to keep this place a secret! Cheers : ) More...

After a close family loss I stopped training completely and lost all confidence I had in myself but joined up here and never looked back, the guys are absolutely great, there's a great community family vibe and in two months I feel and look better. Thanks guys

You can make it as tough as you need to.

First time I've stepped in the gym in 15 years James is always on hand to show you what to and always gives good advice on nutrition exercises ect, also Gym is always clean and not to busy which means no waiting around to use equipment. Keep up the good work

I've been training with pro symmetry fitness pretty much from when they started up. Since then they have grown from strength to strength developing their training sessions to what is currently their own very unique style. Every session is different so you never feel like your doing the same thing like most places.

Their value for money is second to none and I would recommend them highly. James and Stacey are dedicated, knowledgable trainers that go out of their way to ensure every member is getting out of their sessions what they want.

People shouldn't be put off by their own personal fitness level, everyone helps each other out but most of all everyone seems to have FUN!!!

The new addition to the pro symmetry armoury - "Powermetrix" was awesome and another opportunity for people to push their limits even further. Glad to be part of the journey that they are on.

I've been training now on and off for many years now and never really pushed myself (to the point of being sick lol) until doing circuit training. Only been doing it a few weeks and I feel 100% better with myself as I suffer with anxiety and depression. It's nice to focus on goals ( and squats � ) and body transformation. Absolutely amazing - where do I start - for the last 12 months I was attending another gym and doing my own program and getting no where, seeing no progress - after looking round fora new gym that would benefit me more I came across James and Stacey at MT fitness. Been attending for the last few months to see how things went and see how if they could help me achieve my targets - since changing gyms, attending classes here I have benefitted more because I find training in a group environment has benefitted me more than training alone. Instructors give good motivation, excellent classes and are always on hand to give advice and help! The last four weeks I have maintained a good diet and attended 3 classes per week plus my own small amount of training I have now achieved my target! I've have gone from 13st 9 to 12st 13! Classes have been great to help me achieve this! Anyone looking for help to train/lose weight/tone- this place is highly recommended! More...
