I like the fact that appointment times and days are very flexible and offer late evenings and weekends. I transferred to this practise from my previous dentist due to the fact that I needed treatment but was unable to get it within a reasonable timescale when I contacted this practise to see if they could accept me I was greeted by a very welcoming and accommodating receptionist who I felt was very understanding and helpful. I received an appointment within 2 days and I was very impressed with the dentist Dr Rishi and his dental nurse they were both very friendly and professional and explained all the available options to me. The treatment I received was excellent and Dr Rishi is obviously committed to providing a very high level of customer service and I would recommend him to friends. My only negative comment would be that the waiting area could be improved with some more comfortable chairs. More...

My teeth were very loose due to shrinking gums, this was very painful. The care given was excellent, everything was fully explained to me and I felt comfortable at all times. I have no more pain and I feel confident in my smile, this has helped me to feel good about myself. It has proved to be an excellent investment of both my time and money, I am extremely pleased I made the decision to have the treatment I would advise others that they should have no hesitation about treatment, the outcome is better than you could imagine.
