We agreed a price and start date with Dan Crossley but, the day before he was due to start, he informed us that that he was on his way to Scotland for family reasons. We understood and sympathised. We agreed to a delay. He had offered to return our deposit: we wish we had taken this offer.
A new start date was agreed but, despite being given the names of the plasterer and labourer, neither showed up on the date.
New start date arranged but, two days before that date, Dan informed us that he could not start then. Again offered us our deposit back and this time we agreed to this. Despite promises, it took 8 days and two payments on two separate dates for it to be fully returned.
We found that responses to our queries were very slow in coming and that, in the end, it was very difficult to believe anything we were being told.
If the penalties in the his terms applied to himself and not just his customers, then things might have been better ... but we doubt it! More...

Dan and Gary were great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Gary painted my flat to a high spec and within the promised timeframe. Dan was great to coordinate with, ask questions, stuck to the budget and gave me a fair price.
