What’s your signature dish?
Chicken supreme confit garlic and black pud pearl barley risotto
Cod loin with chorizo and white bean stu with baby carrots
Pork chop with caramelised apples and a bacon and Pea jus with wholegrain mash
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Lots of back and forth about what we both think would work well on the day with what everyone likes. A few mock menus to see the style. Just super communication between customer and cater really so we both know exactly how to make the day special
What do you love most about your job?
We love more than anything seeing people enjoy our food. It brings everybody together in a unique way we love being a part of somebody's special day that we hope everybody enjoys as much as we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting a change we have been working in restaurant for a long time looking to change it up a bit and have some fun while doing it .

We can assure every customer the food will be to highest standard every single plate. We also know there is nobody more caring and passionate about our job than us and we prove it every single time.

For obvious reasons our services are done remotely. I love talking to potential customers we aim to please everytime we ask a lot of question because we care so much about the end result.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Very good cleaning before and after the job has finished that's what we aim for every time. Good cleaning procedures in place too kill not only covid 19 but everything else that might enter the kitchen

Hot and cold buffets for the occasions any numbers can be done with enough notice. We listen to what the customer wants and cater to the needs of the day so every single event we do is different we like too talk to the customer and come up with a menu and plan together
Private chef (Dinners)
We host private dinners where we can be hired be yourselves to cater to up to 20 people in the comfort of your own home. We do themes requests and we like too get the customers input to what you'd enjoy for the night.
