What do you love most about your job?
Ive been teaching Ks1 and Ks2 for 3 years now and loved every bit of it as a class teacher. I had the reputation as the strictest but the coolest teacher in the school. Parents loved me and I can show you how much they appreciated me as a teacher with the emails/letters I recieved. I love children with all my heart and the satisfaction I get when children understand something is what makes me happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From November 2020 to April 2021, all teachers from my school had to use microsoft teams and do remote access learning. After having parents evening in March they advised me to do online tutoring because they loved it so much. My online lessons were incredible and it gave me the idea to start MrMinAcademy

All online lessons. Everything is done online and children/parents were satisfied with the quality of teaching
Phonics KS1
High quality phonics teaching for reception and year 1 children. I had 100% pass rate in Phonics in 2020 as a class teacher.
