Thank you for your support over the last 6 months. It’s been a turbulent time and you’ve been there with a kind ear, practical suggestions and a positive mindset for me to lean on and learn from.

Thank you for all the suggestions on how I can take the steps I need to take, in order to get where I want to be. It’s in progress, and I’m quietly excited about the future.

I love working with passionate, talented, ambitious professionals, helping them get from where they are now to where they want to be.

I love the diversity of people, situations and challenges. And, I get a lot of self-satisfaction from seeing my clients grow in confidence and find clarity in what they need to do for themselves and their businesses.

I've grown, sold and closed several since my first in 2007, when, at the time, I felt I had outgrown my role and peers and had ambitions to provide a better outcome for clients. I've been on a steep learning curve ever since.

I am fluent in people. I have natural skills for listening and empathy. I don’t judge and always (try to) remain objective.

I also bring energy and a grounded, practical mindset to every coaching or mentoring situation.  

Most of my coaching and mentoring is online. However, where required, we can work together in person.

Services

When working with Service Business owners and their teams, I find the most effective way of achieving results is with a balanced blend:

A measure of Coaching (80% of the time) 
Confidential, careful questioning designed to unlock performance and overcome obstacles.

A splash of Mentoring (15% of the time) 
A brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a nudge in the right direction, drawn from a wealth of experience.

A twist of Consulting/Facilitating (5% of the time) 
Although the least effective in the long term, sometimes providing answers serves as a vital shortcut. 

My focus is to help you move forward with confidence.



How does this work?
The first thing to do is to determine whether we are a good fit. We do this over a 30-minute call. If we are both happy to proceed, we agree on terms and arrange the first session.

How long are the sessions?
The Goldilocks of session lengths is 1.5 hours. I find 1 hour can feel rushed and 2 hours is far too long. So I tend to block 1.5 hours for each session. If we don’t use it all, no problem, you have the gift of time to do something else productive.

How much time between sessions?
This is entirely up to you. As a guide, most clients choose to meet every 2 weeks. It’s enough time to gather your thoughts and take action, without you drifting to the next session.

How much is it?
1x ad-hoc session (1.5-hour block): £150 + VAT.
Up to 3x sessions per month (1.5-hour blocks): £350 + VAT
Transactions are made via Go Cardless in advance.

What’s the minimum number of sessions?
Although there is no minimum, I recommend no less than 3 sessions. By the end of the third session, we will both know whether it is worth continuing.
