with plenty of advice.

Couldn’t ask for a better service demonstrated by Mark when replacing my 5 lever mortice lock on Thursday 28th October 2021. From the initial enquiry, Mark was courteous and polite where we arranged for a visit on Monday 25th so he could assess the required repair and give an accurate cost. The price given was very reasonable and fair, and then Mark came back on Thursday where we had a decent chinwag whilst he replaced the lock. I contacted Mark to get the 2 locks fitted in my two bedrooms. Mark was easy to communicate with and very friendly and honest.
