I annoyingly had to change the moving date and they were professional and courteous. I had a confirmatory text the day before to confirm the move.
The 2 men (Frank and Marvellous) arrived slightly early for the appointment and were nothing but polite in their interactions. They were skilful in negotiating the 2 floors and were able to pack the van like they were playing tetrus!

Myself and my partner booked a van with your company for a move on the 30.4.21.
We booked two guys to help us out and what happened was very disappointing and needs your attention.
When we were at our new place, Dean , one of the workers from your company, left several times our boxes unattended in the lift during the move. Once that was made noticed, the reaction brought to a discussion between the two guys and Dean threw few of my staff close to the lift without care (I live in a 6th floor) screamed and shouted in front of my partner and went hiding into the van leaving the whole work to be finished by the other guy and my partner for the last hour.
My partner has worked hard during this move and this shouldn’t happen but the poor work coordination and care offered by the two made us unsafe and uncomfortable so that he took care of the boxes.
We payed for 2 guys and because the service took 4,5 hours , we payed for 5 hours due to your company conditions. More...

Full marks to Mr Bee removals. I used Mr Bee to move from London to storage in Wales, the experience was stress free, the guys were wonderful, so much so I got them back to move me from storage to mt new home. A different team arrived but again they were wonderful. All done by 11am. Double checked if I was happy with location of furniture etc. Altogether they made both moves easy. I used this company in Feb for a move from London to Kent. They arrived on time and packed up relatively well. However, a number of items (five in total, amounting to around £1200) were damaged in transit and upon unpacking/re-assembly, which I understand can happen and hence why all removal companies are insured. A couple of these items were shown to me when the damage had occurred (desk and chest of drawers) and it was acknowledged by myself and I was aware that the company was fully insured and so I knew I could follow up with this. However, the other 3 items were not seen to be broken until we started unpacking. Upon letting the company know, they replied saying that I took too long to complain (I did admittedly take 9 days to get around to following up with insurance) and they said their investigation showed no damages and they deny all allegations and to go somewhere else if I’m not happy with their response. They basically called me a liar and said I cannot go through their insurance.

Regarding the assembly procedure, they cannot also do this as they claim. They were not happy that they had to dismantle one wardrobe in our old house for transport and then once at our new house took over 90 minutes to assemble this one item (which I then had to pay for as it meant I had gone 2 hours over my allotted time – even though I told them I wasn’t happy). When I went to check on the assembled wardrobe it was clear they hadn’t put it together correctly, the base had split and the whole thing could not stand freely without support of the wall.

As they day went on they became more and more unprofessional, the younger man had lost interest and was begrudgingly helping, and they all were swearing and arguing with each other. As they drove off one of their vans went over our front garden and left tyre prints across the lawn. Avoid! Damaged furniture, being yelled at by management on the phone (without looking into our case first or even asking any questions) and called liars who want to "abuse the business".

Mr Bee Removal's management yelled at us on the phone today, following our move with them where parts of our furniture were severely and visibly damaged! The furniture was protected based on the company's recommendation/policy, however the movers bumped into and scratched along brick walls and door frames on the way to our new flat, leaving marks behind that cannot be hidden.
We are absolutely speechless about this experience and Mr Bee Removal's reaction. There are so many moving companies out there and you would think they'd do their best to protect their image (or even know how to speak to people in a respectful way).

Reading other comments now, it seems we were lucky (!) with our experience as other have been threatened following their bad experiences and complaints!

A fanily of 4 who have worked hard for nuce things and they are happy to walk over people like they are nothing!
I'm more likely to ask for Del boy's help than retrun to these muppets.

1. Your move is done properly of which you and your partner acknowledged. And no one was rude to you, you only feel that way because we refused to take responsibility for what was clearly your fault. 2. In the Ts&Cs sent to you, it was clearly stated TVs and breakables MUST BE IN BOXES OR BUBBLE WRAPPED. Any of this damaging is the customers responsibility. 3. The workers on arrival told you they couldn’t take the tv because it was no in a box or bubbled wrapped ( this you acknowledged in your complaint). According to the men you said the distance wasn’t far they could carry it, which they obliged. 4. You then called the office hours later of which an investigation was done and we called you to inform you the outcome. 5. Categorically we refused to take responsibility for the “ supposed damage” because you didn’t follow the terms and conditions. You pleaded with the men to carry the tv for you. 6. You were advised to take a legal action if not happy with the outcome of the investigation, rather you chose a part of dishonour to discredit us. UNFORTUNATELY THIS HAS REALLY AFFECTED YOUR LEGAL PROCESS. 7. On this REVIEW PLATFORM WE HAVE 100% GOOD REVIEWS.

DO NOT USE. Can't give less than 1 star.

Unprofessional from the start - they scratched and damaged multiple furniture items during a simple move due to negligence. Did not use covers for furniture and were told during the move they had damaged the items - they took photos and said they would discuss with Mr Bee, but have since refused to accept any responsibility and continue to lie about the documented events.

The only items not damaged or broken were the ones packed by ourselves.

David and Ali absolutely fantastic guys, did the job in half the time, we were rushing and David said not to rush as we had ten hours, as it happened we did it in 6. 5 hours including the 3 hour drive to Devon. After reading a few negative reviews I was a bit worried before this move. But please ignore all this.The guys who came was Ryan, Daniel and Alfred, nothing was too much. They arrived at 7.45am for an 8am move.They worked tirelessly for 5 hours to pack everything up.Our move was delayed at the last minute and they couldn’t unpack until 4pm after working for 8 hours straight. Brilliant. The cheapest and the best. We have really heavy furniture and lived up 2 flights and they didn’t complain. These guys are supermen - able to singlehandedly carry heavy wooden shelves down 2 floors. We only needed 2 men for sofas and a Chinese screen. To put this in context the last move we made with a big name company I made a formal complaint. No reason to complain here I especially like the transparent charges. Exactly what I wanted: a quote for time of 2 men and a medium size vehicle. They didn’t quote me based on a formula as other companies did. They turned up on time and checked the day before with us all was OK and they also responded to any emails that I sent about our goods. They moved us from Baldock, Herts to Clifton ,Beds and the removal was smooth with no hassles, they took good care of our leather sofas and other stuff. They drove the van carefully as they followed us to our house as we could see they were not hurtling along behind us, in fact we had to slow down!! We booked for 3 hours and it was very quickly done in good time. They were by far the cheapest in the area and I would recommend them. You pay by bank transfer or cash on the day. The removal men were polite and not rough with your stuff like some can be. I had a heavy printer and they made light work of it so they are experienced and not just people on hire. They took shoes off when asked in our new house and despite the appalling weather on the day, managed to get it all done, covering our stuff with blankets re the wet weather and with no trouble.
