I have been a gas engineer for 23 years, the first 15 years I was solely a installation engineer running my own company, I then moved to Scottish gas as a breakdown engineer, I’m now back working for my self having these two backgrounds has really helped me help customers as we not only install boiler we can get boiler back up and running especially in winter when a vulnerable customer may need it most

What do you love most about your job?
The most satisfying part of my job is when another engineer hasn’t fixed or even turned up to fix a customers boiler and I fix it and the sense of relief from the customer makes it all worth while

I like the sense of freedom and working for myself gives me that, if your happy in work that transpires into your work
