This was the most disgusting service I’ve ever had, not only because he increased his estimation after I told him I had another contractor, but his colleagues turned up to my property high and smelling of weed, I allowed the job to go ahead, yet I was bombed with call asking me to pay more as he was not prepared for the amount to clear. I agreed to pay 175, however due to poor workmanship only half of my waste was removed. I wanted to pay half which would have been 87 yet I was persuaded to pay 100 and had promises that the job would be completed the next day. The lads apologised for the stress of the situation and the multiple phone calls from Adam, yet the next day no one came. I was assured the job would be completed the following day, yet no one came. After multiple attempts to gat the job completed I’ve resigned to the fact this provider will not complete. I am now logging a complaint through CAB and trading standards. They left my garden in a tip with ripped bags of soil everywhere. And took money without undertaking the job. Very dissatisfied More...
