Motivating work outs has been the best thing I ever stumbled across! I have been working out with Michaela now for the last couple of months. I have really enjoyed it and I am already seeing the benefits. I feel better, healthier and fitter! Michaela really personalised my training to fit me and what I like and dislike! I stumbled across Motivating workouts a couple months ago and I am so happy I did. The classes Michaela teach are so fun you really don’t feel like you’re working out, I know it sounds cheesy but it’s seriously the truth. She makes you laugh and giggle and before you know it the class is over and you just had the best workout and you feel so happy. She’s also my Personal Trainer and she’s really supportive when I have bad days and she pushes me(in a good way) to go harder and rethink my food choices. She is so friendly and VERY approachable and will never make you feel bad for having a bad day and eating an entire box of cookies, she helps get past it and get back on track More...

Michaela is fantastic! I have been working out with Michaela for the last 5 months. Due to lockdown restrictions we have moved from face-to-face sessions in her lovely studio to online. Michaela tailors each workout so that it fits in with my goals, and how I am feeling. I have some issues with my back and shoulder and Michaela is really great at adapting workouts to accommodate areas where I don't have the same mobility or strength.She is one of the most encouraging and positive people I know and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her Motivating Workouts to anyone interested in getting fitter. I provide individual personal training sessions that ensure you achieve steady progress and avoid injury, with close focus on your technique and posture.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Sticking to a consistent workout routine, a balanced diet and Healthy lifestyle. Avoid Fad diets, think long term.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to make a career from my passion, which has always been Dance, Fitness and Health
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a dedicated Personal coach, who understands how to build sessions that will safely push you to reach your goals. I provide nutritional guidance and have a bright and airy private studio with various equipment for us to use.
Fitness Plans
Fitness plans can be 7, 30 or 60 days.
I recommend having 1 or 2 days with me in person at my private studio each week so we can work on technique and maximise results but this is changable dependent on budget or free time.
The plan will include workouts you then follow at home, Meal suggestions and Nutritional guidence. I keep regular contact throughout the week to ensure you are sticking to the plan and offer help and assistance where needed.
A fitness plan is the best way to see results.
Group Classes
Dancercise is my most popular class.
Available on tuesdays at 6.45pm at Sandy leisure centre. New classes to be added in Sept on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Check my website for updates
