Every exercise is dependant on your fitness and ability. You do what your able to do, not beyond your abilities. I dont feel out of place when i go here, I've meet some great girls and fellas that are all dedicated to there fitness and it gives you a drive to succeed. Mark will guide you, ensure your lifting weights correctly, and talk you through anything you might not feel comfortable doing. Don't knock it, until you've tried it. More...
