We used Moss for our business last year and couldn’t have been happier with the service and solution to our problem, so it was such a shame when I was bought a Sonos speaker and had an issue with it that they were not so helpful when it was a call out to rectify a ‘smaller job’…very short sighted as my husband and I were looking to use the service call out to try and sort out having our house fitted with further speakers. If you don’t offer a service call out because the speaker wasn’t purchased from you it should be stated on your website as I understand not wanting to get involved with items not bought from your establishment…but it was a brand new Sonos Speaker that you sell not an unfamiliar brand. An independent in Cheltenham are now fixing our issue and will benefit from fitting our house too!!! More...
