Part of our order was missing, we were told it would be out within 10 minutes of the mistake being highlighted. 30 mins later we called to say we had finished the food that had arrived and a refund would be fine for the missing item. Myself and family of 15 people arrived yesterday evening 31st July,for my daughters 18th birthday meal.The restaurant so very busy,they simply couldn't cope with the demand,we were all served meals at completely spaced intervals,six at which had been completely forgotten. The food was dry,warm and extremely well below the usual standard as we've been many times before.The management took no responsibility for this,with not even as much as an appology.Its safe to say as a parent wanting a nice birthday meal for my daughter,was ruined by all the points stated above.Our family or friends will not return or recommend again. We had a gathering of 30 people yesterday and had a caterer drop out an hour before they were due. The guys at Mosaic rose to the challenge and bailed us out cooking up a feast for us all. We had an awful experience with delivery this evening. We was quoted 40 mins delivery however after 70 mins I called the restaurant. I spoke to a pleasant lady who advised my ticket wasn’t there. She looked for the delivery driver as she said the kitchen staff ignore her. My delivery arrived around 10 mins later. Unfortunately the meal was not well cooked and the rice was hard. I called to complain and spoke to a man who was extremely rude. I was told this was spice that makes it yellow and hard and they no longer service cous cous “I know the difference”. He said what do you want me to do about it?! I said it’s disgusting. I was then told the restaurant was full and he had no complaint left and to shut up and listen!! Shocking behaviour and we will not be returning and should have stuck to hasturk!! More...

I booked Mosaic for my husband's birthday, we had a takeaway from them during lockdown and was very impressed. However, even more so dining in! The atmosphere was fantastic, great music, really friendly attentive staff and the food was just superb. Literally the perfect setting, highly recommended and we will most certainly be back! Terrible service I'm afraid. two hours for delivery, when it did arrive it was not what we ordered, rude staff, was shouted at over the phone, told I was lying and hung up on, wouldn't take my call again, refused refund and then had comment deleted on Facebook. wonderful experience all round!
