What do you love most about your job?
I like to be seen as a person who loves to help and I find it very rewarding knowing I have helped a person reach a destination safely.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It can be distressing for a person to go through multiple companies/ agencies when trying to find a suitable taxi service. That is why I have chosen to start my own business as I am the one who carries out the completion of tasks. This also leaves me satisfied knowing I have provided a service wholeheartedly to the best of my ability
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe putting myself in the clients shoes is essential this makes me cut out any unnecessary things and allow me to just focus on the job (as I would like if the service was for myself). I also try to liaise with the customer and try to fit a price that is accommodating for them.

I am based in the midlands but I have a passion for driving therefore I am happy to take in jobs out of this radius as it may help a client when they are satisfied they have booked someone reliable.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the pandemic I fitted a plastic sheet dividing the from and the back of the car to allow clients to feel safe. I also offered hand sanitiser and would sanitise the seats after each customer.
Mo’s taxi
I am able to take any bookings any time of the day when pre booked. This allows both the customer and myself to be organised.
I do not hesitate with any locations and destinations may that be airport pick ups or drop offs, work commutes or even appointment drops if required. I aim to provide a service that is affordable so the customer is at ease.
