My original thinking was: “I have a lot of experience and knowledge that would be useful to people. Much of it doesn’t currently have an outlet, via consulting work. This will be a great way for me to pay it forward.” ??

But as I built my coaching skills and experience, I came to realise that there is so much more to coaching. Yes, I can (and do) share my experience and knowledge, gained over several decades as an independent business consultant. But the art – and the real value to you as a client – comes from my ability to create a supportive space and act as a catalyst for your own ability to change - the ability that lies dormant within you.

I aim to provide a warm, friendly, supportive space for you to explore your opportunities and challenges, unearth powerful insights, and define practical next steps. I recognise that a great coach/client relationship is key. Our sessions will be fully confidential and, for your peace of mind, backed up by a contract. We'll check in regularly to ensure you're getting value from our time together.

But hold on - perhaps you're still not sure why you should get a coach? We're all faced with challenges and opportunities in our working lives. Those things that keep you awake at night. The factors that you know are holding you back. Or that golden opportunity you'd love to grasp...but you're not quite sure how to get started. Working with a good coach will help you:

✴️ Find the time to give these challenges and opportunities the attention they need. It's a bit like having a personal trainer - you commit, you do the work, you put into action, you repeat.
