By being there for them. Its a step by step process that we take together. All of details are recorded and from that we set out goals that we need to work on.

Patience. I wont train someone to to get the body they need for the short term. Diet comes from the Greek work ‘Diaita’ which means ‘Way Of Life,’ and thats what i believe is the way teach and train someone. To change there way of life and make sure they learn from our sessions and apply it to themselves in the future.

Working with and helping those who are less fortunate. Anyone with a disability, injury or medical condition are the least confident to start exercise, but when they do they never look back. The benefits are hugh and it can completely change them physically and, just as importantly, mentally. Seeing that change never gets old.

To try and reach those who may not even realise the amazing benefits to personal training. Theres a large population out there that are at a higher risk of diseases such as diabetes, coronary heart disease as well ss many others. Either that or may not realise how the use of physical activity can treat those who are suffering from mental illness e.g. Anxiety or depression.

I’m not a personal trainer in the traditional sense. I’m not a egotistical, vein popping, body builder that stares at themselves in the mirror instead of focusing on you the client. I’m a normal guy with a strong passion to treat those who need it. The gym environment or training in general should not be scary, and nor shouldnit be a chore or boring. It can be fun and interesting and thats what i offer. I’m also up for a good chat :)
