Moon Flower Photography was working with our Toddle Sense Class and that’s how we came across Megan. She was taking shots of our kids during the class which made it so relaxing and natural. We also had an option of doing a mini Christmas private session in the separate area. When we received our photos we were blown away. My boy is really difficult to take photos of but somehow Megan managed to capture his beautiful face and create everlasting memories for us. I cannot thank her enough as normally it’s me taking loads of pictures trying to preserve precious moments and I’m not in any of them myself. This time I got some lovely photos with my babies (got a newborn with me during the session and Megan was so kind and included her in the shoot). Also, there was no pressure of having to purchase any of the images but because of a very reasonable price we got all of them, how could we not. We cannot recommend Moon Flower Photography enough. Where do I start, Megan is one of the most loveliest & patient people I have met. She was kind and talkative which put us at ease as I was a bit nervous about the shoot as I’d never done one before she was patient and calm with our newborn baby girl. The newborn shoot was fun and you can tell she loves what she does and is passionate about her job. Something so precious and such an important job of capturing our baby in time she done so well, I’m so grateful we have these photos of our girl as time goes by so fast, we will be able to remember details of her which memory won’t. I cannot recommend Megan enough, I genuinely loved every minute of the shoot and although the 3 week wait for the photos was hard because we was so excited oh my god was it worth it. I full on cried when seeing these photos and I know our family will treasure them forever. How she captured all of us was just amazing, I will forever be grateful to her for I will be able to treasure and look back on the photos forever. I’ve already booked in for our next photoshoot not even 3 months later. I will hands down use Megan for all of our important life events that we want to capture. Where do I begin, firstly Megan is such a lovely person, she made us feel so comfortable at our newborn shoot, she's so friendly and has the patience of a saint, she took her time with our little one and didn't rush us even when we thought our daughter was just not having any of it, she never gave up and was amazing with our baby girl. Megan is so professional and talented, the pictures are AMAZING! and she even did a mini video movie which brought a tear to my eyes! What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
In my experience, keeping a relaxed environment is key to capturing a good photo.
Many of my clients tell me that they hate being in front of the camera. If I’m completely honest, I 100% agree! However, I’m always told after the session that they enjoyed it and my customers always love the images they receive of themselves!
What do you love most about your job?
There’s nothing more rewarding than capture a moment that will last forever! Memories are special but photographs are priceless!
Have you ever looked back on an image of people you don’t know (like a great great grandparent or older relation) and got that sense of love and life! There’s something about photos that hold personality and I love being about to do that for my customers.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask during indoor sessions and always carry hand sanitiser with me! My props and blankets are washed after every session to ensure they are clean. I also do LFT before every session to ensure I’m free of covid at that time.
