Dan started by getting an idea of what we were after by sending us some examples of other logos, we said what we liked/disliked and then went from there. Structured planning - from concept through design and finally implementation.
Without a structured plan websites often end up 'patchy' as features and ideas are realised later in the process. We try to identify everything from the initial phase to ensure that the design and build stages are completely in line with your requirements.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
This really depends on the project but we basically want to understand everything our clients want to achieve with their web platform. We can then suggest the best methods to achieve this and set realistic deadlines.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need a realistic idea of budget and timescales. The finished quality of the site depends predominantly on the amount of time spent on it so it is essential to understand and communicate the level to which we'll built to.

The satisfaction the comes from our client's wow moment. We love to exceed expectations and product work that our clients are proud to own.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To gain full control over something I know we can excel in and have the ability to choose my own team of people to produce the best work for our clients.
