We are both a catering and coffee shop business based in the heart of Cardiff, Cardiff Bay. Operating for 5 years with a hospitality background of over 20 years we love to take your vision and ideas and bring them to life for any event.

Very fresh and tasty they did food for my mums surprise party last December and a valatines box yesterday for me which was so so lovely the scotch eggs and sausage rolls were so nice and the welshcakes and the cakes were a lovely touch as well and so were the chocolate coated stawberries i would definitely recommend this place to my family &friends ps hopefully they will be doing something special for mothers day fingers crossed

Was gifted a voucher for grazing box for Christmas from a lovely friend. Laura was able to offer a vegetarian version of the grazing box and I chose half sweet and half savoury. It was lovely, a little of everything I liked most(special mention to the cream cheese filled peppers). Myself and a few colleagues have given this place a few tries, always so slow service - we thought as they are new it’s just teething issues but they’ve been open for weeks now and you can be the only person in the shop ordering a sandwich and the wait is 15/20 minutes - it’s great that everything is fresh but can’t imagine how they will cope when office workers are back!

I had my first day visit down to Moo Moo’s Cardiff bay on bank holiday Monday, I don’t even know where to start.. I was met by two friendly staff members and asked if they did gluten free option now being coeliac I don’t often eat out and especially don’t eat sandwiches as there is never much option, wow how wrong was I! I was putat ease by the manager on duty Debbie explaining they have high knowledge and understand all the risk with cross contamination! The menu is incredible with both gf bread and rolls on offer! I went for the turkey club sandwich and it was the best sandwich I have ever had!! I also managed to get a nice gf cake which they had a range to choose on the day which where freshly baked! Firstly apart from our eggs (poached)being rock hard the breakfast was good,that said it was very small for the money,no mushrooms or black pudding and only half of a small fresh tomato. £16 for 2 small breakfasts and 2 coffees in my eyes was a bit pricey.The price of the small brekky £5.95 should of included a coffee or tea surely The gentleman who served us was very polite and like I said ,what we did have was nice,didn't have the oppurtunity to speak to him but if reading this my advice would be to either make the brekky (£5.95)a bit larger or at least throw in drinks,I use cafes on a very regular basis and would come back if this was addressed . Asked for a latte, got hot milk poured on espresso. Milk was heated in the jug whilst the server took my money and sorted out the cup etc but wasn't stretched and no foam formed. When I pointed out it was more like a flat white (and I was being generous) no response from the guy, no apology and no offer to remake it. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We will always listen to your vision and put together something special and bespoke to you.
What do you love most about your job?
No two days are the same, we are constantly delivering different catering to different people. Meeting some wonderful, friendly families along the way. Being able to keep our products fresh and introducing new menu items excites us all day long!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Two things really, having always worked in hospitality running reputable hotels, I have also had a love for Food & Beverage and working with people so setting up my own coffee shop and catering business was kind of a no brainer! Secondly my family, my daughter was 5 when I set up Moo Moo's and is named after her, wanting to be available for her more and the flexibility to be able to do school run's etc was really important to me.
