I am a landlord with a number of properties and have used various roofing companies over the years. A recent call-out to a rental requiring roofing repairs was handled by Monument Roofing & Building Ltd in a diplomatic and professional manner despite ongoing matters which were not of the company’s making. The immediate issue was dealt with to prevent a ceiling collapse and although the company were unable to progress the full repair, I was not charged for the call-out nor the repair.
