The response from Monarch was very fast and they were able to deliver and set up the scaffolding quickly. The work was done in a very professional way, they were polite and tidy, making sure that I was happy with the result. Paris phoned during the contract period to make sure all was well. I've had a lot of difficulty arranging the erection of scaffolding & been let down badly by another, larger company. Monarch moved very quickly to contact me & offer a competitive deal, and although they couldn't initially, through no fault of their own, install the scaffolding on the originally agreed date, they have since been very helpful & efficient, working hard to get the equipment in place.
