I feel very strongly that all therapies which help our mental health should be made as affordable as possible, even more so now than ever. I became a hypnotherapist because I wanted to help people. I know from personal experience that this is a life changing therapy which can free people from fears that may have held them back and affected them their whole lives.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching people overcome the fears that are affecting their life their mental health and their relationships.
Helping them set themselves free from past experiences and events which are holding them back from living the truly wonderful life they deserve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Experiencing first hand the power of hypnosis when I was struggling with anxiety and depression myself. I loved the way it worked on my subconscious in a way no other therapy could. To me this was so important because I had tried CBT and it just didn't suit me - it relied on me making the changes which had I felt were impossible and which had brought me to seek help in the first place.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Hypnotherapy is really effective as an online therapy. Some people prefer to be in the comfort of their own home and not have to worry about the stress of travel and parking. I am equally happy to provide hypnotherapy services face to face or online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
There are hand sanitisers and screens in the therapy room. The screens can be used on request. There are handwashing facilities on site too.
