Prior to the day Gemma kept me up to date with the arrangements for the shoot so that I knew what to expect and how the day would work.

On the day the shoot was well organised, we were introduced to everyone and it was explained what was needed. Between shots we had space to chill and relax and get to know the other models. I had my first photoshoot with Models Direct today. I was nervous in the beginning but Gemma was kind enough to talk me through the process and coordinate during the entire process. I worked alongside five other models and since the beginning of the shoot we all got along really well. The crew and coordinators were really supportive. Initially I was nervous as this was going to be my first proper model assignment. I had received full information about the shoot and Gemma from Models Direct had called me a few days before to go through the itinerary which put me at ease. The client was great they were very welcoming and made me comfortable.
It was a great experience to see how the photographer Rob set up the cameras and lights and interacted with me with a storyboard highlighting what they would be videoing and photographing throughout the day. It was also great to be able to add input during the shoot adding extras which the client and photographer were more than happy to go with.
The feedback I received back from the client on the day of the shoot was very positive with they remarked that they would love to use me again if required. More...

I spent the afternoon working on a new shoot for a large company.
The information I received before, during and after the shootwas great and explained everything I needed to know.
When I arrived I was directed where to go and then checked my details in.
Everyone was very welcoming and seemed very organised.
It was good to chat to other models especially this being my first time.
I watched the crew film other models and it was a good experience to see what goes on behind the scenes.
I did feel nervous but was made to feel very welcome.
