Took my phone to get the camera lens replaced, it was replaced but the photo quality was very blurry, was then told that it’s a camera problem and not lens. So why not tell me in the first instance? Like many others in these comments, I went there a while ago for a phone repair procedure (nothing too complicated, just a charging port repair). After £100 and easily 6 or 7 visits, they eventually gave me my phone back, *broken*. Went to repair my Iphone screen at this shop and they damaged the home button and tampered with the phone components and now the phone doesnt stay on longer than 5minutes before losing power and restarting. When I informed them of the issue straight away they tried to charge me extra to get the phone fixed back to the original condition i gave it to them in and then started becoming abusive after I requested a refund.
